If I arrive in the evening, can I pay at the reception desk?

If you have made a reservation with a flexible tariff, it will be guaranteed without payment in our system until 18:00. If you wish to check in later, you will need to pay for the first night of your stay.

If your booking is based on a prepaid (non-refundable) rate, you will need to pay for your stay within 24 hours. After this time, the booking can be automatically cancelled in the system.
What time is the SPA area open? Is it included in the price?

Our hotel has a SPA area on the 6th floor, which includes a swimming pool (adult and children's), sauna, hammam, and gym. Working hours: from 09:00 to 21:00 (on weekends from 07:00 to 23:00). The gym is open around the clock. The water temperature in the pool is 25-26 degrees. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents.

When staying at the Novotel and Adagio hotels, as well as in Premium rooms at the Ibis Hotel, access to the SPA area is included in the price.

When staying in Standard rooms at the Ibis hotel, the surcharge for an adult will be 1,500 rubles/day, for children under 5 years old for free, from 5 to 12 the cost will be 750 rubles/day.
What do I need to move in?

To settle Russian citizens, you need a passport or a temporary identity card obtained from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A military ID, driver's license, and a foreign passport are not considered identity documents.

To settle foreign citizens, you need: A visa, a migration card and a passport of a foreign citizen.

Children under the age of 14 are settled according to their birth certificate. If an accompanying person is traveling with the child, the consent of the legal representatives (one of them) is required.
For a child over the age of 14, you will need a passport /birth certificate and the consent of one of the parents. (after the age of 14, the passport and birth certificate are valid for one month until the passport is received).
