- Guaranteed early check-in is booked from the previous day with full prepayment;
- Non-guaranteed early check-in is possible for 50% of the cost of the day – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of arrival;
- Late check-out until 18:00 is available for 50% of the cost of the last night of stay – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of departure before 12:00;
- Late check-out after 18:00 is booked until the next day with full prepayment – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of check-out before 12:00.
Extra Beds and Children
Children up to and including 12 years old are accommodated free of charge on the existing bedding with their parents. Extra beds are not provided.
The hotel provides cots for children under 3 years old (free of charge upon prior request upon availability).
Children can visit the spa complex under the supervision of their parents.
Check-in at an accommodation facility of a minor foreign citizen under the age of 18 is carried out on the basis of the original identity document of the said minor citizen, valid visa (if applicable), migration card and the identity documents of their parents (legal representatives) or accompanying person(s) staying with them, provided that such accompanying person(s) presents the consent of the parents (legal representatives) of this minor citizen for check-in at the accommodation facility as well as the copy of the identity documents of the minor’s parents.

Pets Allowed
It is possible to stay with a pet weighing up to 15 kg and growing up to 35 cm (at the withers). To check in, you must provide a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian confirming that the animal has the necessary vaccinations.
The surcharge for accommodation with a pet is 800 rubles per day per animal (no more than 2 animals are allowed per room).
