- Guaranteed early check-in is booked from the previous day with full prepayment;
- Non-guaranteed early check-in is possible for 50% of the cost of the day – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of arrival;
- Late check-out before 18:00 is provided for 50% of the cost of the next day – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of departure before 12:00;
- Late check-out after 18:00 is booked until the next day with full prepayment – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of check-out before 12:00.
Extra Beds and Children
Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same bed with their parents. Extra beds are not provided.
The hotel provides cots for children under 3 years old (free of charge upon prior request) .

Pets Allowed
It is possible to stay with a pet weighing up to 15 kg and growing up to 35 cm (at the withers). To check in, you must provide a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian confirming that the animal has the necessary vaccinations.
The accommodation is paid depending on the length of stay:
- 1-3 days – 1200 rubles for the entire period; from 4 nights and more – 300 rubles per night.
The surcharge for accommodation with an animal is 800 rubles. per day.
