- Guaranteed early check-in is booked from the previous day with full prepayment;
- Non–guaranteed early check-in is possible for 50% of the cost of the day - the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of arrival;
- Guaranteed late check-out is booked until the next day with full prepayment;
- Non–guaranteed late check-out is possible for 50% of the cost of the next day - the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of departure before 12:00.
Extra Beds and Children
Please note that no extra bed is available for children aged 3 to 12 years.
Cots are available for children under 3 years old (available on request).
The cost of an additional breakfast for children from 7 to 12 years is 1,500 rubles. Up to and including 6 years old, children can have breakfast with their parents for free.
An extra bed is provided in the Suites.
Children can visit the spa complex under parental supervision from 7:00 to 20:00.
