Check-In/Check-Out:
The accommodation of the Guest in the reserved room before the estimated hour of arrival and check-out after the estimated hour of arrival is allowed only upon prior agreement with the Hotel Administration, subject to availability of rooms, and is paid in the following order, unless otherwise provided for in the contract of hotel services:
- Early check-in before 15:00 - at the rate of 50% of the official published price of the hotel (RACK rate);
- Late check-out from 12:00 to 18: 00 is charged at 50% of the price for the next day;
- Late check-out after 18:00 is charged at the full price for the next day, except for day use;
- Guaranteed early check-in is available at an additional charge of 100% of the minimum price of the previous day;
- Day use - any 8 hours between 08:00 and 20:00 within the same day, charged in the same way as a full day with standard check-in/check-out time.
Extra Beds and Children
Children up to and including 15 years of age stay at no extra charge at existing accommodation facilities (in a room with parents or legal representatives).
Breakfast for 1 child up to and including 15 years of age is available at no additional cost when booking open rates, provided 1 adult guest purchases breakfast.
When purchasing an additional breakfast, children from 6 to 15 years of age inclusive receive a 50% discount off the open breakfast rate when booking open room rates.
Children aged 16 years and over pay the full breakfast rate.

Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00 on the 2nd floor in the restaurant Cote Azur: 1700 rubles per person.
Breakfast a la carte can be ordered in the room or in the lobby bar.
From 8:00 to 23:00 a la carte service is available in the lobby bar Gourmet bar or for ordering in the room.
Pets Allowed
Novotel Moscow Center will gladly accept four-legged friends.
Accommodation is possible with a pet up to 10 kg, if it has a veterinary passport.
The cost of a pet's accommodation per day is 1500 rubles.
