- Guaranteed early check-in is booked from the previous day with full prepayment;

- Late check-out until 18:00 is available for 50% of the cost of the last night of stay – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of departure before 12:00;
- Late check-out after 18:00 is booked until the next day with a full prepayment – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of departure before 12:00.
Extra Beds and Children
Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same bed with their parents. Extra beds are not provided.
The hotel provides cots for children under 3 years old (free of charge upon prior request).
The cost of an additional breakfast for children from 6 to 11 years old is 750 rubles.
Up to and including 5 years old, children can have breakfast with their parents for free.
Children can visit the spa complex under the supervision of their parents.
