Lastochka high-speed train:

• A high-speed electric train runs every day to Krasnaya Polyana from Sochi, Adler, the airport or the Olympic Park.
• There are two railway stations in Krasnaya Polyana: Esto-Sadok and Rosa Khutor. You can walk from the Rosa Khutor terminal station (approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the route) or take a bus/taxi.

By bus:

• You can take a bus from the airport via route No. 777 «Airport – Krasnaya Polyana». Travel time is about 40-50 minutes.
• From the center of Sochi and Adler, as well as the residential districts of Khost and Kudepsta, Krasnaya Polyana can be reached by bus No. 105, following from the Moremall shopping center in Sochi (stop at an outdoor parking lot) through the Sochi and Adler railway stations, arriving at the airport.
  Travel time is about 2 hours.
• You can also take bus No. 105C (fast), it does not enter the residential districts of Khost and Kudepsta, which will save you about half an hour.
  Travel time is about 1.5 hours.
• The fastest bus is No. 105E (express), it does not enter the residential districts of Khosta and Kudepsta, the airport, the village of Krasnaya Polyana, goes along the New Krasnopolyanskoe highway and will save about 50-60 minutes.
  Travel time is about 1 hour.

Car routes:

• By car, you can reach Krasnaya Polyana from the center of Sochi in about 1 hour — 80 km.
• In order not to enter the center of Sochi and not stand in traffic jams, you need to turn onto Kurortny Prospekt (A-148) and drive to Adler.
• Two highways lead from Adler to Krasnaya Polyana: A-149 «Old Krasnopolyanskoe highway» and «New Krasnopolyanskoe highway».
  The old road is more winding and leads past the airport and through the villages of Krasnaya Polyana and Esto-Sadok themselves.
  The new road is an expressway built for the 2014 Winter Olympics. It will take you to the resort faster.
• In winter, during snowfalls, traffic can be difficult, despite the fact that roads are cleared quickly. In snowfalls, the presence of winter tires is mandatory, without it your car will not be missed by traffic police. These can be spikes or Velcro.

• At the airport, BelkaCar has a special free parking in front of the VIP terminal. The entry and exit barriers are automatic, you do not need to take a ticket.
