- Upon arrival after 00:00 without prior reservation, the guest can pay 50% of the cost of the first day, subject to availability of rooms and a stay of at least one and a half nights;
- Late check-out: from 12:00 to 15:00 – 600 rubles/hour, after 15:00 to 00:00 – 100% of the room rate per day;
- Late check-out is subject to availability and is always at the discretion of the hotel.
