• Guaranteed early check-in is booked from the previous day with full prepayment;
• Non-guaranteed early check-in is possible for 50% of the cost of the day after 08:00 on the day of arrival, for 100% of the cost of the day before 08:00 on the day of arrival – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of arrival;
• Guaranteed late check-out is booked until the next day with full prepayment;
• Non-guaranteed late check-out is possible for 50% of the cost of the day before 18:00 on the day of departure, for 100% of the cost of the day after 18:00 on the day of departure – the service is not guaranteed, you can find out about the possibility on the day of departure before 12:00.

Playpens are provided as a compliment if available.
Extra bed in Classic rooms (cot) – 1300 rubles per day, subject to availability.
Extra bed in Privilege rooms (sofa/cot) – 1300 rubles per day, subject to availability.

Breakfast for children under 6 years old is free, for children 6-12 years old the cost of breakfast is 750 rubles, for children over 12 years old the cost of breakfast is 1500 rubles.

The restaurant is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00.

• Breakfast is from 07:00 to 10:30 on weekdays, from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
  The cost of breakfast is 1,500 rubles, for children 6-12 years old – 750 rubles, children under 6 years old can have breakfast for free.
• A business lunch is held on weekdays from 12:00 to 15:30.
  The cost of a two-course business lunch is 680 rubles, and a three–course lunch is 780 rubles.

Room service is available around the clock.

The cost of living with a pet up to 10 kg is 1000 rubles /day, over 10 kg - 1500 rubles/day.
Upon arrival with an animal over 10 kg, a deposit of 3,000 rubles will be charged, the money will be refunded upon departure.
