- In case of check-in from 00:00 to 15:00, a fee of 100% of the room rate will be charged;
- In case of late check-out before 18:00, a payment of 50% of the room rate will be charged, after 18:00 a payment of 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Breakfast is provided free of charge for children under 16 years of age when adults purchase breakfast.

Pets Allowed
Pets are allowed in the hotel, namely dogs weighing up to 30 kg, no more than 40 cm at the withers. The animal's accommodation is paid separately.
The rate for the animal's stay in the room is 3,000 rubles/day.
Food/water bowls are available on request.
A deposit is also paid for the pet, which is refunded upon check-out.
