- Guaranteed early check-in between 00:00 and 15:00 is available for an additional fee of 100% of the fare for the previous day;
- Guaranteed late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 is available for an additional fee of 50% of the rate per night;
- Guaranteed late check-out after 18:00 is available for an additional fee of 100% of the rate per night.

Accommodation with an animal is allowed in the presence of an international veterinary passport (the form of the passport and the requirements for its registration are established by Uniform veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements, which contains information about the animal itself and its owner, as well as information about the necessary vaccinations and vaccinations, while the date of rabies vaccination must be at least 30 days and no more than 12 months before arrival.
