The possibility of early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at an additional cost.
- Guaranteed early check-in is booked from the previous day with a payment of 100% of the cost of the day.
- Non-guaranteed early check-in is provided if there is an available room at the time of check-in and is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of the day.
- In case of late check-out before 18:00, a fee of 50% of the cost of the day will be charged.
- In case of late check-out after 18:00, a fee of 100% of the cost of the day will be charged.
Extra Beds and Children
An extra bed is provided in all room categories, 2000 rubles per day.
There is no room fee for children under the age of 15 (inclusive) with their parents or legal representatives.
For children under the age of 15 (inclusive), breakfast is provided free of charge, subject to the purchase of the «breakfast» service by the parents.
From the age of 16, accommodation and breakfast are paid at full cost.
For children under 3 years of age, a baby cot, bottle warmer, bathing tub, high chair, potty, sink stand, plug sockets are provided free of charge upon request.
The REKA restaurant has a children's menu, high chairs, coloring books with pencils.

Buffet breakfasts are served on the 1st floor of the hotel in the REKA restaurant:
- on weekdays from 6:30 to 10:30;
- on weekends from 7:00 to 11:00.
The cost of a buffet breakfast is 1350 rubles.
- Set lunch from 12:00 to 16:00 – 1200 rubles;
- Set dinner from 18:00 to 22:00 – 1900 rubles.
Upon prior request, guests can order a «breakfast with yourself» in the lunch box.
Pets Allowed
Yes, dogs and cats of small and medium breeds are allowed in the Novotel Arkhangelsk. The cost of accommodation is 2000 rubles per day.
