Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-out time: 12 hours (local time).
Check-in time: 15 hours (local time).
Early check-in service may be provided to guests with a reservation at the hotel on the day of arrival from 00.00 to 09.00 (local time), with an additional charge equal to half of the day's stay. This service is provided only if rooms are available.
If a late check-out is necessary, this service is paid additionally, based on:
- before 18:00 local time after check–out time - payment for half a day of accommodation;
- after 18:00 local time after check–out time - full payment of the cost per day of stay.
Extra Beds and Children
Infants (up to 3 years old) stay in the same room with their parents at no extra charge for accommodation with a cot provided for a child under 3 years old.
Children under the age of 12 are allowed, provided they are accommodated with their parents (guardians) in the same room without providing a separate or extra bed in the room at no extra charge for accommodation.
When purchasing an adult breakfast, a complimentary breakfast is provided for one child under the age of 12.
The cost of breakfast for teenagers aged 12 to 18 years is 100% of the open cost of breakfast for an adult.

Pets Allowed
In agreement with the Hotel administration, the guest is given the opportunity to stay in a room with their pet (cats, small and medium-sized dogs up to 26 kg, poultry) at prices approved in the current Price List for additional Hotel services.
A prerequisite for the placement of a pet is the availability of an international veterinary passport with notes on current vaccinations, including rabies vaccination. The service of accommodation in a room with a pet is prohibited in the rooms of the categories: «Superior», «Premium», «Junior Suite».
Pets are only allowed in Standard rooms
