The restaurant's chef, Alexander Ovechkin, has created a continental breakfast menu to satisfy the needs of all guests staying at the hotel. It includes the classic Russian version of the «first meal»: from syrniki and fried eggs to red fish, as well as European cuisine features – aromatic waffles, fresh ham, and fried bacon, fruits, and desserts.

Additionally, there is a wide range of cold and hot dishes, fresh bread of various kinds, pastries, Asian cuisine items, non-alcoholic drinks, and smoothies. Buffet breakfasts are served at the MC Traders restaurant daily from 7:00 to 11:00.
