Check-In/Check-Out:
Rooms are available from 15:00 (local time) on the day of arrival and must be released no later than 12:00 (local time) the day of departure.
In case of early check-in, if there is no guaranteed early check-in reservation between 00:01 and 15:00 of the current day, check-in rooms are provided subject to availability at the time of arrival with payment of 50% of the current rate.
If it is necessary to ensure early arrival of the guest before 15.00, the reservation is made one day before the actual arrival, based on the full night's stay, in order to guarantee the availability of the room.
In case of late check-out:
- 50% of the current rate is charged until 17:00 (local time);
- after 17:00 (local time), the cost of 1 (one) night's stay is charged at the current rate.
Late check-out is subject to availability.
Extra Beds and Children
No extra bed is provided for children under the age of 7. Cots are available for children under 3 years old (available on request).
The cost of an additional breakfast for children from 7 to 12 years old is 550 rubles. Up to and including 6 years old, children can have breakfast with their parents for free.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 1st floor in a buffet style 06:30 - 11:00.
The cost of breakfast for 1 guest will be 1,100 rubles per adult, and for children aged 07-12 - 550 rubles.

The cost of living with an animal per day will be 1,000 rubles.
